7. Payments & Refunds

Payments for advertisements, sponsorships, featured placements, promotions, or other services are processed through Stripe.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Payments are non-refundable

  • Promotional timelines may vary

  • InfusePDX does not guarantee traffic, attendance, engagement, leads, or business results

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, logos, text, layouts, media, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to InfusePDX unless otherwise stated.
