Portland Metro is full of meaningful events, helpful resources, inspiring people, and creative ways to support well-being—and we want to know about them.

Explore what we’re currently looking for below. If your event, service, brand, resource, business, story, or expertise fits, share it with us for possible inclusion in an upcoming Infuse PDX guide, article, spotlight, social feature, or community resource.

It’s free to submit. Inclusion is not guaranteed, but we’ll keep relevant submissions in mind for current and future content.

    • Resources for sobriety or people in recovery

    • Women support groups and circles

    • Mental health support groups and resources

    • Substance-friendly events and experiences that may incorporate plant medicine or alcohol

    • Kid friendly wellness events and resources

    • Location-specific resources — classes, events and experiences that are easy for people to go to if they want something in their suburb or near-by city (outside downtown Portland).

  • Business Spotlights

    We’re especially interested in work that:

    • Meets a meaningful community need

    • Offers something unusual or hard to find

    • Makes wellness more welcoming or accessible

    • Has an inspiring origin or mission

    • Creates connection or belonging

    • Helps people fill their cup in a new way

    Selected businesses and practitioners may be contacted for a future spotlight, interview, guide, article, newsletter mention, or social feature.

  • Share a story of experience, strength and hope:

    Has a personal experience shaped the person you are or the work you do today?

    We’re looking for honest stories from local providers, practitioners, business owners, and community members who are open to sharing:

    • What life or a particular experience felt like before

    • What they struggled with or moved through

    • What began to change

    • What helped them

    • What life is like now

    • How the experience influenced their work or purpose

    These features are intended to help people feel understood, less alone, and hopeful. If your idea feels aligned, tell us a little about the story you’d like to share. If selected, we’ll send you a separate interview form.

  • Is there something you wish more people understood about wellness, healing, movement, community, creativity, or personal growth?

    Share an idea you could contribute to a future Infuse PDX article, guide, roundup, or social feature.

    This could include:

    • A helpful tip or practice

    • An answer to a common question

    • A myth you want to clarify

    • Advice for someone going through a specific experience

    • A topic you’re qualified to speak about

    • A perspective that is missing from wellness conversations

    • An idea for a useful community resource

We review submissions as we plan upcoming Infuse PDX content. If your submission fits something we’re creating, we may contact you for more information, images, quotes, event details, or an interview.

Infuse PDX is actively growing. Partnering with us now is an opportunity to connect with an intentionally local, wellness-focused audience while supporting a community resource as it grows.

  • Contribute a product, service, ticket, session, membership, or experience for an Infuse PDX giveaway.

    We’ll work together to determine the giveaway format and create promotional content introducing your offering to our local wellness community.

    Possible contributions include:

    • A complimentary session or service

    • Tickets to an event

    • A class or workshop pass

    • A wellness product

    • A gift card

    • A short-term membership or package

    • A special experience

  • Help us surprise someone in our community with a free product, service, event ticket, or experience.

    Unlike a larger giveaway campaign, this is a simple recurring social feature centered around one small act of generosity. Community members can comment to participate, and one person will receive the offering.

    Your business will be introduced and credited as the community partner making the gift possible.

  • Have an idea that would be more meaningful if we shared it together?

    We’re open to collaborative posts and Reels featuring:

    • A local wellness experience you can find on Infuse PDX

    • Something you discovered through Infuse PDX

    • An event or business you found through Infuse PDX

    • A helpful practice, demonstration, or educational moment that mentions Infuse PDX at some point

    • A personal reflection or community message that references Infuse PDX

    • A creative way to help people fill their cup and mention of Infuse PDX

    When appropriate, the content can be published as an Instagram collaboration so it appears to both audiences.

  • Let’s bring people together through a meaningful wellness experience.

    We’re interested in collaborating with:

    • Practitioners and facilitators

    • Wellness studios

    • Local venues

    • Community organizations

    • Product-based wellness businesses

    • Food and beverage partners

    • Businesses interested in sponsoring an experience

    Potential experiences could include:

    Partnerships may look different depending on the idea. A partner might provide the venue, facilitation, supplies, refreshments, sponsorship, or the experience itself. Infuse PDX may support the concept, curation, promotion, storytelling, or community outreach.

    • Which movement style fits your current needs?

    Infuse PDX can help shape the concept and create an interactive, branded experience in partnership with your business.

    Create an Interactive Tool or Exercise

    Share a practice, process, or exercise from your area of expertise, and we’ll help turn it into an interactive experience people can use on the Infuse PDX website.

    Examples include:

    • A guided check-in

    • A grounding or regulation exercise

    • A reflection experience

    • A personalized plan or list builder

    • A ritual

    • A decision-making tool

    • A preparation or aftercare tool

    • A step-by-step wellness practice

    The finished tool can introduce your approach, credit your expertise, and invite people to learn more about your work.

    Create an Expert Guide or Download

    Partner with Infuse PDX to turn your expertise into a helpful article, how-to guide, checklist, workbook, or downloadable resource.

    You might contribute:

    • Guidance for navigating a particular challenge

    • A beginner’s introduction to your modality

    • Tips or practices people can try

    • A step-by-step process

    • A preparation or aftercare guide

    • Frequently asked questions

    • A printable checklist, workbook, or reflection guide

    Some resource partnerships include a creative or sponsorship fee depending on the format, complexity, and promotional support involved. Tell us about your idea, and we’ll follow up with possible options.

  • Sponsor an Infuse PDX Guide

    Align your business with an existing or upcoming Infuse PDX guide that is relevant to your work.

    Sponsorship may include:

    • Recognition as the guide’s supporting partner

    • Your logo and business introduction

    • A relevant expert tip or contribution

    • A link to your business
