The following events are happening each week, so if you can’t make it this weekend, you’ll have another chance to attend!

Each Sunday, Dear Yoga has Donation-Based Community Yoga. The Vinyasa-inspired class begins at 1 pm and is free to attend. Suggested donation amounts range from $5 to $20.

The Bhakti Yoga Movement Center hosts BIPOC-only Yoga each Sunday from 7 to 8 pm for members of Black, Indigenous, and/or People of Color communities. The class is $23 and is a slower pace, great for beginners.

If you’re trying to get the most out of the final days of summer, try woo-woo’s outdoor yoga at Sosta House. Hosted on Sundays from 10 am to 12 pm, instructor Joey will guide participants through yoga, followed by refreshments. Attendance is $45.

Happy exploring; hopefully you’ve found an event to fill your cup. From the team at Infuse, have a great weekend!
